Pictured at right is the registered suppressor tube, the new core and endcap and below that are the original K baffles. Notice that the cone region in the first 5 are almost completely filled with material and the sixth one would have looked very near the same had I not broke the material loose when I took the baffles out of the suppressor......

Due to the extremely low margins for this service, we apologize for not being able to offer LEO/MIL discount on rebuilds...We DO however offer LEO/MIL discounts on all of our other suppressors.
Notes about the retrofit program that will help eliminate confusion. * We offer this service to people that have older sealed suppressors that are in need of cleaning. Thus these cores that we are using are not the quietest designs available, we do not have the time or resources to do the research to find the quietest possible design for each tube we get in the shop. I am sorry if this disappoints some people, but we are offering a service to bring a dead can back to life AND make it serviceable at the same time. They are competitively quiet, but we can not guarantee suppression levels *We can not take your Form 1 tube and build a suppressor core for it. We do not know where the tubing came from or what it is made of and also the tubing sizes vary greatly as well as the lengths, this makes it too time consuming for us to make a core that will sound good and that will ultimately have our name tied to it. We can not rebuild integral pistols or carbines without first inspecting the design on site here at the shop. Some designs are put together in such a way as to prevent entry without damaging the tube and different construction techniques also prevent rebuilds. We have yet to date find one that we can rebuild for a reasonable amount of money.
