This suppressor is a full blown ported integral
design, engineered to keep standard high velocity
ammo subsonic thereby reducing the ammo costs
over the life of the shooter dramatically. This gun will
still go supersonic with Hyper Velocity ammo but this
is due to the need to keep reliable function of the
semi-automatic action. The balance between the
cycling reliability and the suppression has been
maximized in this neat little package. The suppressor
is specifically designed so that it can be removed
from the rifle by the end user without special tools.
The unit is also designed in such a way that the rifle
does not have to be modified to accept the
suppressor. We did this deliberately to allow the end
user to be able to replace the stock without having to
have it fitted to the suppressor, also we designed it
so that the receiver does not have to be threaded
and having a permanent barrel screwed into the
receiver, this allows you to buy whatever brand
receiver will accept a normal 10-22 heavy barrel and
use it right out of the box..
Complete Rifle ....................................................... 999$
Barreled Suppressor only...................................... 799$
These are only available on a stainless barrel, we can not build
them on a chrome moly barrel due to corrosion issues in the
primary expansion chamber.
The suppressor comes in two configurations as well, one is with
the tube threaded on only, this will require that your receiver be
registered as an SBR as well due to the short overall barrel
length with the tube removed. The other option is we
permanently attach the tube with a TIG weld on the bottom over
a blind pin to prevent removal of the tube, this will make the
tube an extension of the barrel that will eliminate the need for
the extra tax stamp, but will make cleaning almost impossible in
the primary expansion chamber. The guns life in this mode is
set to a fixed number of rounds, I do not know how many for
sure, probably around 20,000, before the tube is plugged with
crud and will need to be returned for an overhaul here at the
shop.
